Worked back and forth in simple garter stitch, from tip to tip, the shawl is relaxing to knit and easy to pick up whenever you have a spare moment. Built-in i-cord edges give the finished shawl a neat, polished look without complicated techniques.

Luxury merino and mohair silk yarn

We've paired two of our favourite yarns to create a beautifully soft shawl with warmth, texture and a delicate halo.

• Beaut Merino: 100% merino wool, chosen for its softness and lovely drape.

• Mint Mohair Silk: 70% super kid mohair and 30% silk, adding a light, airy halo and a subtle sheen.

Held together as you knit, these two yarns create a fabric that feels wonderfully indulgent while remaining light and comfortable to wear. Choose from our curated colour combinations to make a shawl that feels uniquely yours.

What's included in the Sophie Shawl Kit?

Your kit includes the materials and finishing essentials to get started:

• 2 × 100g skeins of Beaut (100% merino)

• 2 × 50g skeins of Mint (70% kid mohair, 30% silk)

• The Sophie Shawl pattern, supplied in print and as a PDF by email

• Stitch markers to help you keep track of your increases

• A tapestry needle for weaving in ends

• The option to add a 5mm bamboo circular needle

The kit provides enough yarn to make the shawl in Small, Medium or Large. Select your preferred colourway and whether you'd like to add the needles when ordering.
