Shipping policy

Items are dyed to order and will be shipped within 5 to 7 work days of purchase (excluding pre-orders), an email will be sent with shipping confirmation. If there will be a delay in shipping, buyers will be notified as soon as possible. Most shipping companies now require a local phone number, therefore we have requested this information in our check out.

All New Zealand orders are sent by NZ Post. Arrival in 2 to 4 working days from date of posting $7.60 NZD

International Courier Australia is an expedited service with arrival in 3 to 8 working days from posting $22.00 AUD Courier will not ship to PO Boxes

International Courier is an expedited service with arrival in 5 to 10 working days from date of posting $78.00 NZD Courier will not ship to PO Boxes

Heavier items incur additional fees

Tracking is not usually customer facing.  If you would like an update on your parcel, please email info@prosperyarn.com. 

We use minimal, recycled packaging, or compostable packaging. Sometimes this means re-using cardboard boxes still fit for purpose. Our branded cardboard contains post consumer materials, paper labels are printed with soy inks, ribbons are organic cotton, and plastic bags both clear and mailer are compostable. Please re-use or discard your packaging responsibly.
