Come learn to weave with Prosper Yarn and the wonderful Anne Stubbings.

Anne has fine-tuned this experience with beginners in mind. She will help you set up a rigid heddle loom and take you through the steps to create a beautiful scarf in your chosen Prosper Yarn Merino 8ply colour duo. You will also learn finishing techniques to add the final touches to your beautiful scarf.

DETAILS
the class is split over two days Saturday & Sunday, 22 & 23 February, 9:30am to 1:30pm
We hold the workshop in our yarn studio at 54 Ponsonby Road.
Cost is $280.00 (for 8 hours of tuition and the yarn!), payable directly to Anne. Class size is limited to only 5 or 6 students, so get in quickly.
YARN INFO
We will be using Prosper Yarn DK (100% merino) with six colour duos listed below. Just let Anne know which colour duo you prefer and we will get it dyed for you. Alternatively, you may come into the studio and choose your own up to a week before the class.
FOOD/DRINK
We do have a wee little cafe on premises with excellent coffees, teas, and hot chocolate. There are also many cold, low sugar drinks and juices. We will have sweet and savoury items available as well if you’re peckish.
