Weave Your Own Unique Scarf!

Anne has fine-tuned this experience with beginners in mind. She will help you set up a rigid heddle loom and take you through the steps to create a beautiful scarf in your chosen Prosper Yarn Merino 8ply colour duo.

Anne does almost all the fiddly bits (warp set up) before the workshop - so when you show up, there's more time to weave, drink tea, and eat chocolate...

You will also learn finishing techniques to add the final touches to your beautiful scarf. Anne has taught weaving for years, and her workshops are always popular.  

Anne teaches the class split over two days from 10am to 2pm on Saturday, 20 January & on Sunday, 21 January (sold out) or 3 & 4 February, as well as an Autumn date yet to be determined.

We hold the workshop in our new yarn studio at 54 Ponsonby Road. 

Cost is $275.00 (for 8 hours of tuition and the yarn!), payable through bank transfer

directly to Anne. Class size is limited to only 4 or 5 students, so get in quickly.

We will be using Prosper Yarn DK with six colour duos listed below. Just let Anne know which yarn base and colour duo you prefer and we will get it dyed for you. Alternatively, you may come into the studio and choose your own up to a week before the class.
