Keen As
The Keen As base is soft 90/10 Merino Wool and Linen worsted weight/10ply yarn. This yarn is next to skin soft, and has a beautiful halo of linen fibres. The 10% linen gives it drape and sheen, while the merino provides warmth and bounce. Since the linen resists the dye there is a slightly rustic look to this dreamy soft yarn. It blocks well and looks fabulous in textured or lace patterns. We recommend this yarn for blankets, sweaters, hats, scarves & shawls, and even some snuggly bed socks!

Part of the hand dyed allure is each skein's individuality. This gives final objects depth and nuance. With this in mind we recommend alternating skeins (every other row in flat knitting and every row in circular knitting) on larger projects creating a more cohesive blend.
